Malik Mumbai (malikmumbai.in) is an independent sports website based in Mumbai, India. We publish cricket predictions, live scores and reviews of betting sites. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the Malik Mumbai team, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or gets in touch with us.
You can read the whole site without telling us who you are. We only collect personal information in two situations.
If you use the contact form, email us, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send: usually your name, your email address or phone number, and your message. Please don't include betting account passwords or bank details. We will never ask for them.
Like every website, our servers record basic technical details with each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for, the page that linked you to us, and the time. These logs aren't used to identify you. We use them to keep the site running and secure.
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics or ad networks on the site. The only thing we store on your device is a small note in your browser's session storage that remembers you closed the WhatsApp prompt. It's deleted when you close the tab, and nothing in it identifies you.
If we ever add analytics or other cookies, we'll update this policy first and explain what they do.
A few outside services help run the site. When your browser connects to them, they can see your IP address and browser details, and their own privacy policies apply.
Our reviews and rankings link to betting sites and apps. Some of these may be affiliate links, which means we can earn a commission if you sign up. We never share your personal details with those operators.
When you register with a betting site, you're giving your details to that company, not to us. Their privacy policy and KYC rules apply, so read them before you sign up. We can't see or manage your betting account.
Messages you send us are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, so we can follow up if the same problem comes back. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. We delete data sooner if you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.
The whole site runs over HTTPS, so what you send us is encrypted in transit. Only the people on our team who answer messages can read them. No website can promise perfect security, but we keep what we collect to a minimum, which limits what could ever be exposed.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
